The Kruse Company Realtors® Charitable Donations Program

As part of our way of saying thank you to clients and those people who refer clients to us, and because by state law we are not allowed to pay non-licensed individuals any type of referral fees or provide gifts, The Kruse Company Realtors has developed a Client and Referral Appreciation Charitable Donations Program. It’s our way to further show you how valuable your business is to us…without you and your support we wouldn’t be in a position to be able to donate to charitable causes, and so we feel it’s important to let you have a say in where our charitable donations go. So, for every closed transaction, The Kruse Company Realtors will donate, in the name of that client, $100 to one of the charities listed below, and for every client referred to us via a past client, family member, co-worker, or friend we will donate an additional $50 in the name of the referring party. You just choose from the charities listed below, or write in your own favorite charity, and we will send them a check. It’s as easy as that!!
